Northwestern University has selected StealthWatch by Lancope to protect and manage the university’s distributed network infrastructure.
The university will deploy StealthWatch across its network supporting over 20,000 students, faculty and staff with approximately 50,000 internal IP addresses at campuses in Chicago and Evanston, Illinois.
StealthWatch will enable Northwestern to detect unknown and known attacks, exposing hidden security risks and ensuring network policy compliance.
Based on behavior-based analysis, StealthWatch delivers security and network intelligence at the network and host level while reducing false positives and eliminating the need to continuously manage attack signatures. Lancope is based in Atlanta.
