A4 Health Systems, a provider of electronic medical record solutions, has added two hospitals to its client base.
Annie Penn Hospital in Reidsville and St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, MN, have selected EmSTAT Emergency Department Information System (EDIS) functionality to improve operational efficiency, reduce patient wait and throughput times, and generate more complete documentation, A4 says.
Part of Moses Cone Health System, Annie Penn Hospital is a not-for-profit organization with 110 licensed acute-care beds and a 42-bed skilled nursing care facility.
St. Cloud Hospital, part of the CentraCare Health System, is a 489-bed facility which includes an Emergency Trauma Center handling more than 46,000 annual visits.
The emergency trauma center currently utilizes EmSTAT’s tracking board and will implement the complete EmSTAT solution including ancillary and clinical order entry, online status and results as well as clinical bedside charting.
