Solution Providers, which focuses on business analytics, has released a new workforce program that it says will help large employers increase worker productivity and reduce costs.
The “Optimeize Analytics” solution takes data on time, attendance and activity tracking to generate actionable information and reports which helps managers find irregularities, the company says.
“The larger the company’s workforce, the larger the return on investment,” says Trey Stanford, executive vice president for business development at Solution Builders.
In addition to tracking information such as tardiness, the software documents services or goods that could have been delivered had workers been on time and/or overtime reduced or eliminated.
