CGI Holding Corp., the parent company of WebSourced, has announced that its net income from continuing operations for the second quarter of 2003 was $21,000 on sales of $1.14 million.
WebSourced, a search engine marketing firm with offices in Morrisville, is a subsidiary of CGI, which is based in Hillside, IL.
The company also has announced a planned merger with The Voice and Data Group, a Chicago-based company that markets voice, data and internet services.
“Our sales have been accelerating rapidly since early summer, and especially during the past 60 days,” says Patrick Martin, chief executive officer of WebSourced. “If these very positive trends continue, I expect WebSourced to have an extremely strong second half of 2003.”
