ATLANTA –Governor Sonny Perdue will be the keynote speaker at the opening luncheon to the Georgia Technology Celebration.
Sponsored by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), the Celebration is to be held on Oct. 21 at the Cobb Galleria Center in Atlanta.
TAG says the Celebration will gather “technology stars” from past and present, showcasing the “technology heritage” the state has produced.
In addition to TAG members, participants will include representatives from brick and mortar companies, biotech, investment firms, academia and tech-related companies.
The Celebration will be a day filled with keynote speakers, an investor showcase, panel discussions, networking and an evening awards reception.
“The Celebration is an important event for every CEO and CIO to consider attending,” TAG President Steve Jeffery said. “As the statewide interest grows in the Celebration, we anticipate this event will actually kick off a renewed vitality in the high-tech industry throughout Georgia.”
