ITC DeltaCom, which is in the process of acquiring BTI of Raleigh, says retail revenues increased nearly 14 percent, to $65.8 million in its most recent quarter.

The telecommunications services provider reported a loss of $179,000, down from $14 million for the same quarter in 2002, based on its reorganization structure following the emergence from bankruptcy last fall.

ITC DeltaCom reported a positive cash flow of $14 million, up from $6 million in the first quarter. Total revenues were $102 million.
