Indus International, a provider of asset and customer management solutions, has named two additional members to its board of directors.

Fred Lane, who has spent more than 30 years in telecommunications management, and Douglas Massingill, who has spent more than 20 years in the software industry, joined the board earlier this week. Indus now has seven board members.

The company also announced that a series of convertible notes worth some $14.5 million into 9.79 million common stock. Funds raised with the notes had been used to acquire Global Energy and Utilities Solutions.
