Robert Clanin, a long-time executive with United Parcel Service, has joined the board of directors of Serilogicals.
Clanin worked for UPS for 30 years, retiring in 2001 after service as vice president and chief financial officer.
Serilogicals announced earlier this month that it was quitting the therapeutic plasma business and would concentrate on cell culture supplements, research products and diagnostic antibodies.
