Global Knowledge Networks has renewed lease on space in La Palma, CA, and Richardson, TX, with the assistance of Insignia MetaPartners.

The deals involved 94,000 square feet in Richardson and 16,425 feet in La Palma.

“The downturn in the national real estate market has afforded Global Knowledge the opportunity to renegotiate leases in key strategic markets,” said Guy Harvey of Insignia MetaPartners, who represented Global Knowledge in both deals. “With our help, they were able to take advantage of lower occupancy costs with better terms.”
