Summus and Snapfish have struck a deal with O2, a leading wireless operator in Europe, to offer photo-sharing services over its network.

O2’s Revolution wireless service has more than 12 million customers in the United Kingdom, Germany and Ireland. The “Snapfish Mobile — Powered by Blue Fuel” gives customers to ability to share and store photos, and use photos as wallpaper. Photos can be uploaded, viewed and printed through the Snapfish web site.

Blue Fuel is the brand name for Summus’ wireless tool suite.
