EGT, a digital video company, closed on one of Georgia’s bigger venture deals of the year last week.

With a syndicate of high-profile investors signing on, EGT received $7.4 million for its second round. Investors included Sevin Rosen Funds, Noro-Moseley Partners, HIG Ventures, Gray Ventures, Yamacraw Seed Capital Fund and angels.

The deal was Georgia’s 18 for the year. According to LTW figures, those deals have generated some $93 million
