Alpheon, a provider of computer system support packages, has introduced two new packages of outsourced support.
The programs are geared to emerging businesses (five to 75 computers) and to enterprise businesses with each customized to fit the size of customers’ networks. Each includes support for PCs and networks and regularly scheduled maintenance visits.
