The Charlotte Chamber of Commerce has selected Peak 10 as its choice for web hosting and management solutions.
Additionally, Peak 10 said it would work with the Chamber in a variety of planned initiatives.
“Peak 10 is helping us be one of the most technology-forward Chambers in the country,” said Carroll Gray, president of the Charlotte Chamber, in a statement. “Their company will help us reach our goals of reducing costs and providing outstanding customer service.”
Redundancy was one reason the Chamber cited in moving its site from another location.
“When our office lost power last month, our e-commerce site continued business as usual, thanks to Peak 10,” said Michael Smith, chief financial officer of the Chamber. “The power redundancy system is one of the reasons we selected Peak 10 as our partner and why we trust them with our vital data.”
Peak 10 offers data centers in Charlotte, Raleigh, two in Florida, and will enter a fifth market later this year.
