BellSouth is offering a variety of new service packages to businesses, including an expanded virtual private network (VPN) offering.
The long distance VPN service helps businesses reduce costs, improves call control and includes abbreviated dialing among separate office locations. Since calls are only transported by the inter-exchange, or long distance, provider costs are reduced, BellSouth said.
BellSouth also has expanded conferencing services and is offering a long distance calling card for businesses.
