Springboard Managed Hosting, which is considering plans for expansion, has signed a contract with Insignia MetaPartners for site selection, property analysis, strategic planning and lease negotiations.
Springboard is looking to open a second data center at an undisclosed location in the Southeast, and Insignia MetaPartners will assist in the search, the companies said.
“We are sold on their proactive, shoulder-to-shoulder approach as we integrate data centers with market expansion plans,” said Rich Lee, chief executive officer of Springboard, referring to Insignia MetaPartners.
Springboard provides a variety of services, from web hosting and managed network security, to more than 200 clients.
Insignia MetaPartners is a commercial real estate consulting and services firm.
