Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy has named Hilary Harp practice group leader for the law firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation practice.
“Hilary has been a leading litigator in the technology practice and a great mentor to younger lawyers. She is the natural choice for leading this practice,” Armin G. Brecher, chairman of the firm’s board of partners and the executive committee, said in a statement.
Powell Goldstein is one of Atlanta’s largest law firms, with more than 300 lawyers. The Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation practice group consists of 14 legal professionals with experience in handling disputes involving intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, domain names, counterfeit goods and trade secrets, as well as disputes involving technology agreements and e-commerce and Internet issues.
