CHARLOTTE … DecisionPoint International, a boutique investment bank providing merger and acquisition services to middle-market technology clients, closed two deals in April.
The firm represented Aurum Technology of Plano, Texas, in its acquisition of Computer Consultants Corp. of Salt Lake City and San Diego-based Stellcom in its merger with Vytek Wireless of White Plains, N.Y.
Aurum is a leading provider of open and integrated technology-based solutions to the financial services industry, with more than 1,200 customers throughout North America, including many of the financial industry’s highest-performing institutions. CCC is the fourth-largest provider of technology solutions to the credit union industry, with nearly 600 customers located throughout the United States and Caribbean.
Stellcom is a systems integrator recognized for its expertise in mobility and enterprise engineering solutions. Vytek is a global provider of integrated mobile solutions for business and government. The new company, to be known as Vytek, will capitalize on complementary areas of expertise.
