SpectraSite, which recently emerged from bankruptcy and reported a profitable quarter, is seeking to raise $150 million through a private offering of senior notes.
Terms were not disclosed.
The company said the funds would be use to repay some long-term loans and that it expects to raise the money before the end of May.
