James Thomas, a former vice president and trademark counsel for GlaxoSmithKline, has joined Moore & Van Allen.
Thomas will focus on intellectual property and corporate transactions and in other legal matters as related to the pharmaceutical industry.
The firm will have a reception for Thomas on May 20.
