RegEd.com, which provides online compliance and training solutions for financial service firms, has signed a multi-year contract for web hosting services with Springboard Managed Hosting. Terms were not disclosed.
RegEd has more than 300,000 registered users of online education and compliance tools at more than 1,300 broker dealers. Compliance Reporter recently cited it to receive the first annual achievement in regulatory compliance award.
Springboard will offer dedicated and managed servers as well as security and monitoring to RegEd. Springboard now has more than 200 customers.
“Based on each potential partner’s ASP model experience, technology, infrastructure, financial position, and perceived understanding of out business, Springboard was the best fit for us,” said John Schobel, president of RegEd.
