MORRISVILLE,CASTLE Worldwide, a certification and licensure testing firm, has named a new board of directors.
The board includes: Jeffrey LaRiche, the chairman and chief executive officer of CASTLE; Arthur Pacheco, a major stockholder in the company and Wall Street veteran; Carolyn Roberts, president and CEO of Copley Health Systems in Vermont; Robert Rosenthal, a major stockholder in CASTLE and an attorney in Raleigh; and Tom Skelton, head of Skelton & Associates.
