Group Practice Services Inc., a provider of physician office laboratory services, and Landmark Scientific, a laboratory equipment distribution firm, are now part of Novitron International.
The Newton, MA-based firm said Wednesday it had completed the acquisition of the two companies in all-stock deals. Novitron (Nasdaq: NOVI) issued 25,000 shares of preferred stock for Landmark and 222,250 shares for GPSI.
