Internap Network Services has received a listing extension through July 21 from Nasdaq. Internap (Nasdaq: INAP) filed for the extension last month as it considers a reverse stock split that was approved by stockholders in December.
Internap will have its annual shareholders meeting in Atlanta on June 17.
Also Tuesday, Internap introduced a managed firewall product for mid-size enterprise networks. The offering includes equipment from Cisco. Internap will support the product from its network operations center on a 7×24 basis.
