The Sony Ericsson communications joint venture, which has a major operation in RTP, reported more grim news Thursday.
The company said it lost $114 million during the most recent quarter and added that shipments of its new mobile phones dropped by over 400,000 to 5.4 million. Revenues were off 35 percent.
