StealthWatch, the network security software developed by Lancope, is on duty in New York.
The New York Police Department chose StealthWatch to protect its Criminal Research and Computer Crimes Investigation Unit. StealthWatch is a behavior-based intrusion detection system that enables real-time response to suspected malicious behavior.
The unit focuses on identifying and investigating computer-related crimes and also coordinates similar efforts with other state, local and federal law enforcement agencies.
