Verso Technologies, a telecommunications firm focused on Internet Protocol applications, is acquiring MCK Communications of Needham, MA.
MCK also is focused on enterprise and distributed voice solutions.
Verso (Nasdaq: VRSO) will pay some $13 million in 20 million shares of stock for MCK. As part of the deal, $7.5 million of MCK’s cash assets will be transferred to Verso.
