NORCROSS,Engent, a provider of advanced technology services, is acquiring the Advanced Assembly Technology Center established from Siemens in Norcross in 2001.
No terms were announced.
The center, which covers 11,000 square feet and includes 10,000 square feet of clean room space, already is used by a number of global customers.
