ATHENS,The University of Georgia’s New Media Institute will play host to a “Go Mobile or Go Home” program on April 26.
The day-long event of speakers, panel discussions and project demonstrations will focus on the “Wireless Athens Georgia Zone,” or WAGz.
Wireless Athens is based around a series of Wi-Fi network boxes.
Topics for discussion include applications for mobile media and new interfaces for personal data assistants.
