Research Triangle Institute International has won a $7.9 million contract to provide a series of post-war services in Iraq.
RTII won the contract from the US Agency for International Development. The deal calls for RTII to identify public service needs, design and implement programs to meet those needs, and to incorporate comments from Iraqi citizens in the country’s rebuilding process.
