No venture capital deals were announced last week, leaving North Carolina at some $92 million in closed deals so far.
There have been at least 15 transactions.
StrikeIron, a software startup in Raleigh, did get seed funding recently from Aurora Funds. The amount was not disclosed.
North Carolina is ahead of last year’s pace of 14 deals, $60 million.
