Challenges posed by federal health records guidelines known as HIPAA, which take effect on Monday, are the subject of a CED panel tonight.
Holt Anderson, executive director of the North Carolina Healthcare Information and Communications Alliance, will moderate the discussion. It begins at 5:30 PM at MCNC’s campus in RTP.
