BOARD MEMBERS:

Chuck Johnson, Board Member. Johnson is a partner of Noro-Moseley Partners, a venture capital firm. Prior to joining NMP, Johnson was a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sales Technologies, Inc., a start-up software company which was acquired by Dun & Bradstreet in January 1989. Prior to founding Sales Technologies, Johnson was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and previous to that, held a number of sales and marketing management positions with Procter & Gamble. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University.

Gordon McGrath, Board Member. McGrath is an Associate with GE Asset Management, where he focuses on private equity investments in a range of industries. He has been with the group since mid-summer, 2001. McGrath joined GE in 1999 as a member of the corporate Mergers and Acquisitions group, where his role was to assist various businesses within GE in all aspects of the acquisition process. Prior to joining GE, McGrath was a student at Columbia Law School, where he received his JD in 1999. He received Bachelors of Arts in Geology and American Literature from Middlebury College in 1995.

Ed Masi , Board Member. Masi spent six years with Intel where he served as Vice President of the Server Development Organization and Corporate VP and President of the Supercomputer Division. Prior to Intel, he spent twelve years with Cray Research in various sales and marketing positions including Executive Vice President — Sales, Marketing and Service. Prior to joining Cray, Masi spent eleven years with IBM. He is currently a director of Muse Tech. Masi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.

Jonathan S. Huberman, Board Member. Huberman is a General Partner with Idanta Partners Ltd. He joined Idanta in 1995. Before joining Idanta, he was a case leader with the Boston Consulting Group. Previously, he was marketing manager at Cray Research, Inc. He is currently a director at Boxer Cross, Inc., Iomega Corporation, Torrex Corporation, Nanonexus, and Teradiant. Huberman holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Matthew J. Sullivan, Board Observer. Sullivan is the Managing Director of Peachtree Equity (formerly Wachovia Capital Associates). Sullivan joined Wachovia in 1995. Prior to that Sullivan worked in the Corporate Finance Department of Kidder, Peabody & Co. for ten years in New York. He graduated from the Harvard Business School and previously earned his CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Chris Woehrle, Board Observer. Woehrle is an investment manager in Intel Capital’s enterprise software group. He joined Intel in 1999, originally working in Intel Capital’s Workstation Products Group. Prior to joining Intel Capital in June, 1999, Chris was a Business Development Manager with Tenneco Automotive. He also spent 5 years with General Electric, holding various operational positions in GE Appliances, GE Aerospace, and GE Medical Systems. Woehrle holds a MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Dr. Tong and Wylie represent Management on the Board. Dr. Tong also chairs the Board.

INVESTORS: Intel 64 Fund, Idanta Partners, GE Investment Private Placement Partners II L.P. (GEIPPP II), Noro-Mosely Partners, Wachovia Capital Associates (now Peachtree Equity). A total of $25M has been raised since 1995.

REVENUES: Since we are private, our revenues are confidential, but will be between $10M and $20M this year.
