Summus will partner with Unisys Corp. to deliver customized weather services to wireless devices.
The companies said Tuesday they will collaborate to make localized weather information and updates as provided by Unisys Weather Meter using Summus’ BlueFuel technology. The system also will include weather updates and alerts.
The deal is the latest in a series of announcements from Summus for offering content for wireless devices ranging from digital photos to news and sports from The Associated Press.
