Market Central Completes Acquisition of Atlanta Firm

JACKSONVILLE,Market Central acquired U.S. Convergion, Inc. of Atlanta in an all-stock deal on Monday.

Market Central, which provides telemarketing and customer support services as well as customer relationship management services, issued 374,630 shares of stock to complete the deal. Market Central is traded over the counter (OTC BB: MKTE). The deal had been announced in December.

Convergion develops converged communications solutions.

Market Central customers include SurePay, Aramark, Crescent-Friedman Jewelers, Earthlink, Cox Communications and Time Warner cable.
