CGI Holding Corporation, the parent of Websourced, Inc. in Morrisville, is acquiring the Voice and Data Group of Chicago.
CGI Holding (OTCBB: CGIH) said the move is part of its plans to focus on what it called “technology-advantaged service businesses.”
Voice and Data Group focuses on voice and data services to small and mid-sized businesses. It is an agent of AT&T/ CGI Holding will pay $200,000 in cash plus 4 million shares of its common stock in addition to $750,000 to pay off debt and provide working capital.
Websourced operates the search engine marketing business Keyword Ranking.
