Adrienne Kelly Lumpkin, president of Alternate Access, was among a group of women selected as finalists for the Enterprising Women of the Year Awards from Enterprising Women Magazine.
Lumpkin attended the awards ceremony in New York city on March 26. Although Lumpkin was not among the three winners, she was the only North Carolina representative. She was recognized for her volunteerism, role modeling and helping other female entrepreneurs.
The women were honored at the New York Historical Society in conjunction with the exhibit “Enterprising Women: 250 Years of American Business.”
