International IT Services, a provider of outsourced information technology consulting and software development, has struck a partnership with Aquent IT Services, a $500 million a year firm in Massachusetts.
Under the deal, Aquent said it would work with IITS’ offshore development center.
“Until now, Aquent has been unable to find an offshore partner who can provide the quality of work that our clients demand,” said Mike Hewitt, vice president of IT professional services for Aquent’s eastern region, in a statement.
IITS is a startup firm founded by Michael Le and based in Raleigh.
