EarthLink is rolling out a new premium service for Internet customers who don’t want or can’t get broadband but want more speed from dialup connectivity.
The Atlanta-based Internet Service Provider announced its “Plus” service which includes an Internet accelerator designed to increase 56k dialup speed by up to five times. The package also includes what EarthLink calls premium technical support, eight mailboxes and web storage space.
“Plus” is priced at $29.95 per month.
The accelerator is software from Propel.
