Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, ranked 10th among law firms involved in the initial public offering market in 2002, according to the SEC New Registrations Report.
The firm, which also has offices in Charlotte and Washington, DC, was involved in six IPOs, good for 15th on the list. The IPOs produced a total of $1.27 billion, earning 10th place.
Morris, Manning & Martin also made the list in 1999, ranking ninth.
Since 1999, the firm has participated in 20 IPOS, mergers and acquisitions worth more than $7 billion.
