Applied DNA Services, which recently opened an office in Henderson, has added a textile technical market advisor.
He is Don Alexander, a former vice president of technology at Guilford Mills. Alexander also spent 12 years at the Institute of Textile Technology.
Applied DNA services, which is based in Los Angeles, is developing means of “marking” raw textile materials and finished goods in order to protect against counterfeiting and fraud.
