MORRISVILLE,Tekelec introduced a new product on Thursday – GenuOne, which it bills as a next-generation networking device for use in conjunction with newer softswitches as well as legacy networks.
“With GenuOne, we’ve created an extremely flexible and reliable platform that enables us to craft solutions for our customers tailored to match their unique network requirements,” said Paul Miller, vice president for packet telephony.
The GenuOne switching platform can handle from 100,000 to more than 9 million attempts an hour and works with multimedia and web based applications.
