BellSouth filed suit to prevent Forsee, one of its top executives and expected heir apparent to BellSouth’s top job, from joining Sprint.
A three-day arbitration hearing before Judge William H. Webster concluded on Tuesday. A decision is expected by no later than 5 PM on Tuesday, if not earlier, according to a brief statement issued by BellSouth.
