Datatrac Corporation, a developer of wireless solutions for the delivery industry, announced its newest product — Agent Exchange — on Monday.
The web-based solution is designed for tracking and tracing while linking to Datatrac’s eTrac Network. Agent Exchange allows users to enter and track orders online, search for shipment details and history, update forwarders with shipment status information, as well as review, accept or decline shipment requests.
