Papa John’s, one of the world’s largest pizza chains, will utilize a web-based analysis and reporting solution from Temtec across the US, the companies announced Wednesday.
Temtec’s Executive Viewer gives area managers “flash” access to data to help measure store-level performance. Information gathered includes financial, sales and customer satisfaction. The software will be deployed across Papa John’s enterprise network.
“Temtec’s Executive Viewer is awesome,” said Mike Cortino, senior vice president for corporate operations at Papa John’s. “Our area managers have learned it very quickly and have already discovered its value in slicing and dicing information and making it possible for us to get a perspective that was difficult before.”
