N2 Broadband, which has developed scalable, open standards for on-demand services, has named Dr. Ira Lehrman as its vice president for strategic cable initiatives.
Before joining N2, Lehrman was executive director in the video products engineering group at AT&T Broadband. He worked in video-on-demand, personal video recorders and interactive TV applications.
