Richard Holcomb and Sam Bayer, two entrepreneurs in the Triangle, have joined the board of directors for International IT Services.
IITS has offices in Raleigh and in Vietnam, where it has retained a team of programmers.
Holcomb helped create RTP firms Q+E Software and HAHT Commerce.
Bayer, co-founder of Axiom Centers, also had positions at IBM and HAHT. His latest venture is Market Acuity.
