The final 12 companies to present at Venture 2003 were announced by the Council for Entrepreneurial Development on Tuesday, bringing to 23 the total number of firms selected to participate in the region’s premier venture capital event.
Of the 12 named, 11 are from the RTP area.
The 20th annual conference will be April 22 and 23 at The Friday Center in Chapel Hill, NC.
“The selected companies demonstrate that the area remains a great place to start and grow an entrepreneurial company,” said Chris Matton, a partner with Kilpatrick Stockton LLP and co-chair of Venture 2003.
