CHAPEL HILL –The University of North Carolina Athletics Association has selected Ulanguzi to develop online virtual seating diagrams for the Dean E. Smith Center and Kenan Center.
Ulanguzi, which is based in Raleigh, has created seating diagrams that people can use to select for seat selection in purchasing tickets. The site allows users to view the playing field and basketball court from a variety of angles as well.
“UNC fans are among the most loyal and supportive fans in the world, and we wanted an easy use site that would allow us to cater to the needs of our fans and visitors, as well as quickly and effectively communicate the top-tier value of our program to prospective student-athletes,” said David Tinson, assistant athletic media relations director for UNC and the director of the university’s web site, TarHeelBlue.com. “Partnering with Ulanguzi on this very successful project made this a reality.”
Ulanguzi is the Swahili word for “spirit and revolutionary success.”
