Tekelec, a telecommunications development and manufacturing firm, has added wireless and multimedia integration services to its product lineup.
In a statement, Tekelec says its new TekWare supports short message service (SMS) and multimedia messaging service (MMS) solutions. The services are seen as revenue producers for telecommunications companies offering multi-media 2.5G and 3G network services.
