Joseph Kozak has joined V3 Systems as the company’s executive vice president for global sales and marketing, V3 said Tuesday.
V3 provides supply chain execution software.
V3 Systems is expanding its marketing and sales force after having raised $11.5 million in venture capital last fall.
Kozak formerly served as chairman and chief executive officer of Lombardi Software in Austin, TX and also had positions at Ernst & Young, SAP and Lawson where he worked with enterprise software.
